0 Value Price with Guest Users

1. Guest user level prices show as 0 instead of the regular price
2. Only an issue with variable products.
3. I’ve picked it up on 2 websites, and rolled back to the previous version of the plugin.
4. When I defined a logged out user role and added the price via the WC Role Based Price Editor the price used in the front end was not the one I defined but a logged in user price.
5. Regular Price has always worked as the logged out/Guest user price, now it seems to ignore it
