    Hello thanks for your awesome plugin, but I used it in local and i’m unable to connect facebook with my local woocommerce(still in local for developpement)

    here is what I get “02-08-2022 @ 17:46:54 – Failed to connect to Facebook. Reason: Permissions error: access_denied, reason: user_denied”

    any help?

  • Hi @azouamauriac

    You generally will not be able to use Facebook for WooCommerce, or any plugins that require connection – like payment gateways) on a locally-hosted site. You will need to test the plugin when the site is hosted on a live server.

    It will be good to advice use about that I think.

    Thanks for the feedback! The same experience will occur for other WordPress functions that need to be hosted to work properly. If your site is local, it’s not on the web to talk to other websites.

    You might try moving your site to a web host to continue development or test functions that require hosting once the site is on the web.
