0.9.9.7 not finished – release per mistake – should work anyway

    Hello everybody,

    by mistake I committed a new readme file yesterday which marks the current state of 0.9.9.7 as “latest”. But actual 0.9.9.7 is still under development – so different functions announced for 0.9.9.7 still does not work. Also the “per post” stats are not shown even if you activate them.

    But good news: The release should work in spite of everything and comes also with some overdue bugfixes.
