  • Plugin crash my Site

Good evening, Big problem with this new update. My Site crashes completely. I had to do a full backup and deactivate the plugin. Where can I get the old version? Thank you and sorry for my bad English.

I have just updated to version 1.2 which should fix this error. Please update. Apologies for the trouble!

    Hi, Alvaro,
    I still have a problem !
If I reactivate the plugin to be able to update to version 1.2, the site may crash again !!!
    What should I do ?

You should see an update for the plugin (v. 1.2). Please update the plugin first and once you are on version 1.2, you should be able to reactivate the plugin.

Please let me know how it goes @netqui1

So I followed your instructions and activated the plugin.
Everything now seems to be working perfectly.

The only regret is that I’ve lost 8 articles and their images, a video and members’ comments.
But, hey, we can still go on living. Lol… ??
Thanks for the help, and thanks for this good plugin.

I am so sorry about that. In principle the error did not affect the wp-admin, only the public site, could you share more about how it prevented authors from posting and/or made the content get lost? I’d like to try and offer some help, if I can.

In fact, as administrator, I no longer had access to my site at all, and neither did the members.
    Let me explain:
In the evening, around 10:00 pm, I came by to set up my site with an autumn theme.
I saw your plugin with an update.
I did it and everything seemed fine…
    I left my site.
I came back around 11.15pm to update my theme.
My home page is a login and password page.
    It’s a private site.
This page was displayed normally, but as soon as I went through this procedure, an error message indicated that the site was inaccessible because there was a fatal error, and this on a blank page.
Unfortunately, I didn’t think to take a screenshot of this. Sorry.
So I had to carry out a complete restoration at the earliest possible time, which was the day before.
As it was evening, the restoration was +/- 24 hours old, so all the current day’s publications were lost.
I hope my lengthy explanations satisfy you?
    Best regards.

    Jack
