I updated the plugin to 1.4 and it crashed the site. Got a white page with “parsing error in PHP line…” text. Unfortunately did not write down the php file name or line number.

Rolled back the plugin to version 1.3.1 and it got working again.

    hi @adminda,

Can you maybe provide some more information?

    – PHP version
    – WordPress version

And I understand if you’re unwilling, but could you reinstall the update and provide the actual error? It would help a lot, as this is not much to go on, unfortunately ??

I don’t mind doing the re-update but can not do it till tonight local time.

Ah, looks like you’re using an old php version. Php 5.3 is no longer supported since version 1.3. That doesn’t mean it doesn’t work anymore, but I no longer support it going on. So some (new) code can break the site on older versions.

You should upgrade to 5.6 at a minimal, but I Recommend php 7 at least.
Last version to officially support 5.3 is actually 1.2.3. So I’m surprised 1.3.1 actually works for you ??
