Well, I am able to replicate this issue by importing the template you shared and make it as the Header. Disabling the Polylang plugin makes the Header shows up again.

However, if I switch the Header to the one that I already have on my dev site, the Header is still showing up even with the Polylang plugin is enabled.

I am going to take this forward to our team. Once I have anything, I will update this thread.

I’ve got the same pb as mmoalem.
Polylang + Elementor Header & Footer Builder = conflicts
I can see the quantity of models in all(Nb) or Published(Nb), but nothing in the list.

I take another look at this and now I am not able to replicate the issue, even with Polylang plugin is activated. Refer to this video, please. I was just trying to enable/disable the Polylang plugin then the issue was no longer reproducible.

Could you please try it on your site and see if it does the trick.
