1.7.20 OpenS the hypertext link automatically

I have had one other mention of this, but I was not able to reproduce cwp13. Would you happen to have a staging site which you could keep on 1.7.20 so I could investigate there?

Same issue here, it’s easy to replicate. Just add two YT videos to any post (one should be as linked text).

This error crashed my theme and half of the posts, so please fix it ??

so it’s likely something else is also needed to trigger the bug, the question is what … some questions;

1. what are your LYTE settings
2. what editor are you using; WordPress block editor, WordPress classic editor, a pagebuilder?
3. does this also happen when temporarily switching to another theme and/ or disabling other plugins?

I use WordPress classic editor, but this happens also on Gutenberg and with the default theme (Twenty Twenty).

Just add a new post and put this in the text area.

can you:
1. download in install the LYTE version from Github at https://github.com/futtta/wp-youtube-lyte/archive/refs/heads/main.zip and install & activate that instead of 1.7.20 (but sure to disable before activating the new one)
2. change your test content to make sure you don’t have the exact same video 3 times (you have kKFLOSFSCgU, just make sure to have 3 different ones, LYTE does not handle duplicates in the same post/ page well)?

I checked it on my test WP installation and it seems ok.

Could you please update the plugin? Then I will check if it works on my other sites.
