Yes, you can do that in our plugin.

To set a global settings for all your products in your shop visible in one month until midnight, you can go to the general settings and take some actions as below
+ Apply for all products
+ Action: Set visible
+ Timer conditional: Before date and time ( 1 month until midnight)

If you would like to show countdown timer automatically for the product as well, you can use another plugin WPC Countdown Timer for WooCommerce in our store.

Sorry for my mistake for guiding.

If you want to set all products visible in your shop, you need to set up 2 actions to work because default actions(visible) cannot take effect by themselves without another reverse universal action (with Everyday time conditional) on top as rules to set up timer
+ Apply for all products
+ Action 1: Set hidden
+ Timer conditional: Everyday

+ Action 2: Set visible
+ Timer conditional: Before date and time ( 1 month until midnight)
>>> Save changes.
