1 odd "broken image"

Thanks for this great plugin. I’m having an odd problem.
I am displaying several galleries here (with one parent gallery): https://www.apptamin.com/budget-trailers/
If you click to see the $1500-$2000 gallery, you’ll see that one of the images is not displaying (it should have 5: https://www.apptamin.com/blog/gallery/budget-trailers/1500-2000-2/). Causing one of the other images to be positionned differently. If I add another image to the gallery, then it displays only 5 instead of 6.
If I try to remove that gallery from the ones displayed, then the problem appears in the following gallery ($2000-$3000).
Any idea what could cause this?
