1 of 3 forms working

    I have 3 forms on my site 2 of them work just fine the 3rd form has been working fine up until this past week. I have tried a number of things. backup the form then import it to a new form. didn’t work. when I run a test email for the 1st 2 forms it sends a test email just fine. when I try to send a test email on the 3rd form it does nothing let alone when I fill the form and try to test it that way.
    Any ideas?

    What if you create a new form? Don’t import the settings, simply create a new default form. Carry out a test and see if it sends e-mails. If it does then simply start formatting the form like your previous form.
