1 page on site will not load

    Hi, when litespeed cache is activated then I have one page which wont load.

    If I disable all features or de activate plugin then that page does load.

    If I just deselect the enable cache option then the page does not load.

    Any ideas what I can do?

    The issue started after I made an edit on that page with elementor.

    please be more specific by “not load” ?

    like browser stuck on “loading” ? page loads in blank ? or something ?

    Hi it gets stuck on loading and wont load the page at all.

    I’ve fiddled around and found that it only happens when I add some shortcode to display google reviews.

    If I add shortcode ” [reviews_rating] ” then page wont load and if I remove shortcode then page will load !

    Shortcode works fine with litespeed cache disabled.

    The error that I get is 503 webpage unavailable.

    Also if I login to my site as a customer then the page with the google reviews shortcode does load but as soon as I logout it wont load.

    I’ve added the google reviews shortcode to both elementor and gutenberg pages and as soon as I add it the page will not load.

    are you running on Apache ?

    did you see any PHP error log ?

    Hi, its hostinger a litespeed server.

    They are looking into it for me but seem to think its down to a plugin as the page loads with litespeed cache deactivated
