I have one site lifechef.com.au where following the upgrade the settings do not save. I cant identify anything in particular that differentiates this site from other sites where it works well.

In the admin panel when I press the save options nothing happens, unlike other sites where I get a little roller and a saved successfully message.

I have uninstalled and re installed. I have turn off plugins and I don’t get it.

Plugins include Black Studio Tiny MCE, Contact Form 7, Contact Form DB, Dashboard Site Notes, Explanatory Dictionary, Growmap, Jetpack, Page Builder, Perfect Quotes, Share Buttons, Wordfence, WordPress SEO

Which are plugins I use quite widely. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated

I will look for the issue and get back to you shortly.

i found out that i have to save the section you change – there is no “over all save” when you press save changes … as far as i can see.

@philipbarrington sorry for the late answer. I tested Advanced post slider with all those plugin but didn’t get that issue in my environment.

Did you consider what ‘redhawkssupport’ said ?

I have the same problem – I cannot save my settings. No indication that a save is happening, when I look at the web page the settings are not in effect, when I go back into the settings they are not saved.

I tried saving section by section, but they still don’t save. The advanced post slider works, it’s just that when I change the settings, they don’t save. They did save in the 1.X versions.

I need to check one of your admin panel. If you can, create a user and mail access info to [email protected]
Don’t worry about privacy and security, we take care of it at our best. I will check it at next morning.

So either PhilipBarrington gave you admin panel access and you’ve found and fixed the problem (if so, thank you very much Digonto Ahsan, and you too, PB!), or else the problem, at least in my case, was something specific to my work computer, because on my home computer, I am able to save the settings with no problem. (I did clear the cache on my work computer, close/re-open the browser, etc., with no luck.)

Now I’m just having a little trouble getting the bullet pager to show up. I’ll work at it a bit more, and start a new thread if I can’t get that working.

Thanks very much for you help!

Today I have to 2.13 and immediately all the problem I was having on this site have been resolved. Yes I was aware of the section by section saving, and I think that is a good idea. I am also really REALLY REALLY Very pleased that the responsive wait is over. Thankyou so Very Very Much.

I am happy to say this is resolved from my point of view.

Resolved for me also. Thank you!
