    Hello.
    I have bought Jigoshop AJAX Layered Nav extension, installed it in my free theme, Lensa. I can see the widgets, but even i clear cache, press ctrl+f5, incognito, or enything else, the widgets are not showing up. Plsease help, the website is angelatanase.ro.

    Hi Furnica,

    Can you please try installing twentyfourteen theme and check if you can replicate the problem on that theme. If you can’t replicate it then it’s a problem with your theme and you will have to raise a support ticket with the theme author.

    Hi. With twentyfourteen theme is working, with or without all the plugins active or not active. The place where i can see the widget is only on main shop page, where all the products are displayed. If i enter on a product, the widget is not showing.
    Please, how can i make it work on my theme. I have few knowledges about wordpress and php, but if you guide me i hope it will work. Also i can grat access to the FTP server if necessary and you have the charity to help me.

    Hi Mihai,
    It means that your theme is overwriting some of jigoshop basic functions. You can either try contacting theme author for help with it or order it with us: https://www.jigoshop.com/product/installation-of-jigoshop-extension/
