The link from the email takes me to the checkout but the 10% is not subtracted. What could be preventing it?

    Hello @revived,

Are the other two recovery emails coupon codes working fine? Have you set the coupon code option for the third email?

Can you share a screenshot of the third email settings?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Yes, the other two are working fine. Here’s the requested screenshot:

I have included 10% discount Coupon Code (WCAR Fields) only in the 3rd email. In the template it shows as {{cart.coupon_code}}, in the email that is sent it displays the Code as “Dummy Code”. However, the discount is not applied tot he cart.

Please suggest how to fix the issue.

Also a quick question, is the feature of adding the Coupon Code available only in Pro version? Because I am using the free version.

    Hello @geet117,

    Thanks for writing back.

We only have a free version of the WooCommerce cart abandonment plugin.

Regarding the coupon code, it seems like you are trying this using a test email. When we use the test email, it shows the dummy content in place of the coupon code, as no actual cart was abandoned.

To test the coupon code, try to abandon a cart as a real user and see if you receive the recovery email with the correct coupon code.

I hope this helps. Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi Aamir,

Thank you for your response. It is great to know that all the features are free and there is no Pro version. Kudos to you guys!!

I have tried abandoning the cart using a real user login, but the plugin did not shoot an email.

    Please suggest.

    Thank you!

    FYI:
    1) I have activated WP CRON jobs
    2) Activated WP Mail SMTP plugin

The plugin is now sending out the emails. Thank you for the wonderful plugin and your support.

    I have a quick question:

I am able to center align the email body including the logo image that I have added to the email template. However, when the email is received by the customer, the image is not center aligned. Is there a way to fix this?

    Thank you in advance!

Hi Plugin Support, did you notice my question was sort of sidetracked by the other individual?

    Hello @revived,

I can see you have set the coupon expiry is set to 24 hours, have you tried the recovery link within 24 hours?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I assumed that expiry timer begins one the email is sent. Are you saying the timer begins once their email is captured?

    Hello @revived,

    Thanks for writing back.

It begins from the time when the email is sent. So from the settings, it should expire after 24 hours from the time when the email is sent

Looking forward to hearing from you.
