• I had just recently installed it onto a brand new WordPress site to access Messenger live chat and to add my products to Facebook. Only to find that my new site now had 10 critical errors and took forever to load (particularly on mobile). Disabled the plugin and the errors disappeared.

    Not interested in taking the time to debug. Will use Tawkto for chat and add products manually to FB.

    I am sorry to hear the plugin didn’t work as expected for you. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

    However, I suspect something unique to your site may be responsible for the issue as we’ve not seen a similar report from over 900,000 active users of the extension.

    I’d recommend creating a support thread and sharing the errors so we can investigate the issue. If there’s an underlying issue on your site that resulted in the issue, if it’s not investigated and addressed it’d likely lead to another issue in the future.

    If you’d like us to look into this, please create a new support thread and share the following information:

    1. Fatal errors from your site – go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, check the dropdown for logs labelled “fatal-error” recorded on the day you experienced the issue.

    2. Your site’s System Status – You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

    Paste both information into your support thread and include a link to this review there.
