10 key license not working???

I purchased a 10 license for my site. Ive used it maybe on 5 sites total.

The key is not working at all. I have many 10 licensed plugins, all working

I do not want to exploit my web address here until site is complete, sorry.

If contacted, Then I have no issues, this is a public forum, I dont post URL’s in these.

Any help from Dev’s would be greatly appreciated.
