• It’s been 10 months since I bought this plugin and after requesting support over a dozen times for one single issue I’ve yet to receive an answer.

    All I’ve received is excuses about holiday seasons.

    We’re sorry to learn about your issues. I was talking with the guys on the support we’re checking the issues with Gutenberg, we’re experiencing some conflicts with the new editor we’re trying to resolve ASAP.

    You should receive and update ASAP.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
