With our free version of the plugin, what you are looking for is possible. You would need to follow the general steps below to achieve that:

1. At first, please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Order Min/Max Amount > General and set the Amount Limits to Minimumand Amount types to Sum.

2. Next, please go to the User Roles section and enable that section. Then select the Wholesale user role from the Enabled user roles field. Then click on Save changes.

3. Then set the Wholesale user role’s value to 10.

No it’s not getting applied. The way I had it setup previously, it would give a message, but now it doesn’t.
