100 pages scan only for 30 days!?

    I just tested the plugin. The site is rather large, but I am okay with a scan of just 100 pages and taking a bit of risk. The site is for the community and doesn’t generate enough money for the 5K+ subscription. However, today I got notice that it will continue to scan for just 30 days as I have more than 100 pages. That is weird because the free tier is 100 pages and I am not requesting to scan more than those 100 pages. In fact, it is scanning a lot of categorie and tag pages which is a waste of energy anyway as they don’t feature embedded content in any sense.

It is another thing that we as a company cannot risk our reputation by providing partial scans that will lead the website user to believe that he is being presented with the full picture of all cookies and trackers on your website when he is asked for a consent (please also see our replies to your review about how cookies and trackers can be found on all kinds of pages and embedded in content such as pictures, videos etc.).

    Our solution has these in-depth scans at its core and we cannot offer partial scans. We are in dialogue with various WP parties about the best possible technical ways to ensure GDPR and ePR compliance via WP. For now, the Cookiebot solution in its present form is our best contribution to this.
