    Thanks for reaching out- We are really sorry to hear this :-((

    We’d like to assure you that the 100 users plan is a FREE FOREVER plan.

    So it will continue forever and never get suspended nor disabled.

    There has to be another reason for what you have experienced and we’d be happy to investigate and also more importantly quickly reactivate the account.

    We tried to bring up your account by searching for ‘dgm software’ but were unable to identify.

    Can you kindly email us at [email protected] and tell us the email address you’ve used in signing up with us.

    Quick update- We searched again and this time we were able to identify your account.

    So what has happened is that when the ‘Footer credit’ service was cancelled, the app also got suspended- We have flicked it back to active and you are now on the ‘FREE FOREVER- 100 users plan’. Please let us know if you are unable to access it.
    And, the free plan includes ALL features (except the footer credit, which is an optional add-on).

    We urge you to explore and activate all the features, especially the holiday season giveaways and contests- See some templates that we’ve put together – You can quickly preview and activate them via the admin panel–> Campaigns–> View templates
