    Hi there.

First off, thanks for an excellent plugin! I downloaded it last night and am very happy with it. But, I just noticed one problem. It seems to cut your table off if your table has more than 1000 rows in it. My weekly table that I build usually has more than 1000 rows and sometimes up to 1500-1600 rows. Is there any way to get around the 1000 rows limit/cutoff or will I need to split my table into 2 and upload them that way. If it helps any, the file I’m working with is an .xlsx

    Here’s my site/page I’m having trouble with, https://www.grocerycomping.com/comp-list
The viewer is behind a password protected page, but you can use “Enots” without the quotes to access the page. (If I need to move the table to a non-protected page for you to view, please let me know.) The table on the page is supposed to have 1026 rows but it’s being cut off at 1000 rows.

I am not code-savvy and most of this stuff is way over my head, but anything you can do to help me around this issue would be extremely appreciated!

Thank you for your time and help,
    James.

  • Hi James,

Unfortunately the issue you described is a Google-imposed limit on the viewer application. Your users would have to download the document to view any rows past 1000.

As GDE embeds their service there is regrettably no workaround I can provide for this issue.

Thank you very much for your quick response. I guess for now, since my table is so long, I could split it up into two and then just put 2 viewers on the page. Would 2 viewers on one page work, or do you think it would cause some issues?

Thank so much for the help!!
    James.

There shouldn’t be any problem using 2 or more viewers on the same page. You may wish to use the standard viewer option though if you find the loading speed of your page is too severely impacted. That option will always load the fastest.
