100000 records per iteration crashed my website

Hello,

The setting that?sets records per iteration to 100000 while running via WP-CLI, maxed out my server resources and crashed my website. I?had to restart the server?in order to gain access to the website. Is there a way for me?to change this setting to a lower number? I tried to change it, but it seems to revert back to the initial setting.
