  • Raphael, this is happening to most sites that updated. Here is the link to the previous stable version from the author https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/custom-post-type-ui.0.9.5.zip.

I need to do the revert too. But I have no idea how that is done without affecting my site.

I reverted my site to the version 0.9.5. Everything is working fine now.

The biggest issue has been from those who are updating, and I have been trying to squash the bugs and inconsistencies as fast as I can. New users won’t, or at least shouldn’t, have the same issues. There’s still a huge user base to worry about though.

Raphael, what have you tried, if anything yet, to fix the archives? I’ve noticed flushing rewrite rules generally helps there, but it’s not ALWAYS the case.

I also have a 1.0.2 release getting ready for tomorrow that will handle the checked state of the post types a taxonomy is supposed to be associated with. From what I could see, the values ARE saving, but the appropriate checkboxes once you click to edit are not being automatically checked, which is the bug there.

If you are willing, especially if there’s a developer copy of the site you could use, I can easily link you to what will be 1.0.2 so you could help confirm that things are properly saved.

Unfortunately I do not have a developer site. I wish I could help, this is a great plug-in. But I do not have the expertise nor the platform to help you out with.

I’ve reverted the version 0.9.5 and is working fine too.

Please let me now about the 1.0.2 version… i’ll test it on my localhost!!!

1.0.2 should be available as an upgrade right now raphaelsramos, and by all means use localhost testing first for your existing site to make sure nothing is breaking.

marking resolved. If there is anyone with lingering issues still, with their plugin updated to 1.0.6, please start a new thread and we’ll take care of you there.
