• Hi, 5 stars plugin!!

    I am using Express Checkout and have received 3 orders since installation yesterday.
    I got a correct order later on and one correct before the wrong one.
    I have prefix and log on.
    Paypal standar deactivated.
    I got a 10142 error.
    Is there someting i can do? Shall i send you all the logs or just the wrong one?

    We need to get a look at the request part of the log to ensure that your invoice prefix is getting added as expected.

    If so, then you must have transactions in your PayPal account that already the same invoice number, including that prefix.

    I would try a different prefix unique to this one site.

    If it continues you can login to your PayPal account, go into the profile, and find the option to block transactions with duplicate invoice IDs. If you disable that option this error will go away entirely, but then you could end up with multiple orders in your PayPal with the same invoice ID, of course.

    lightning quick answer!
    I have a local web with the same configuration and perhaps that was the culprit. I have changed the prefix there. If you think I still need to send you the logs, can i send you the log trhough email or here its okay?
    I′ll keep the option to block transactions on.

    Sounds like you may have found the issue, so I wouldn’t need to see the logs unless it continues. If that happens you can submit a private ticket here.
