    Is the shipping class setup with a basic flat rate or how exactly is the shipping getting calculated?

    I’ll have to set up a product on my test server the same way to see if I can reproduce the problem.

    I just ran a basic test checkout for a product that has a shipping class set and I was not able to reproduce this problem. I will need more details about your configuration to see if I can cause the issue here so that I can fix it.

    Thanks for the screenshots. We still haven’t had any luck reproduce this problem, but we’re still troubleshooting.

    If you could submit a ticket here and provide credentials to log in to your WordPress admin panel that would help. I’d like to see how your settings are all configured so that I can replicate that on my test server and see if I can reproduce the problem.

    We are getting other reports of this, but I simply cannot reproduce it here, so I can’t pin-point the problem.

    I think we may have found the problem, although it’s still a little bit tough to troubleshoot.

    We have applied a patch to the code that you can download here. Please upload those files, overwriting the current plugin files, and let me know if the issue is resolved for you.

    We just released the 1.1.6.3.7 update, which as explained above, is a rollback update that removes the problematic adjustments that were included in 1.1.6.3.5.

    Please update accordingly, and then it is recommended that you go into the settings for each gateway that you have enabled, review the settings, and then click Save even if you don’t change anything.

    You’ll also need to make sure you clear any caching/CDN services you might have in place.

    Then the problems that you’ve been facing should be resolved. Please let me know.

    @letternanda,

    We never did a thing with your site. You provided credentials, but we never even logged in because were getting other reports of the same problem and we had already fixed it in our 1.1.6.3.7 update. As such, I simply responded to your ticket and told you to update the plugin to see if it helped. You never responded so I closed the ticket.

    Again, we never logged in to your site and I can assure that we did nothing to cause any problems that you are seeing now.
