10th image in 3 grid not allowing image next it.

There a strange thing where I have a 3 grid, and on the 10th image it doesnt allow images to the right of it, instead the 11th image needs to go on the line below.

Have tried everything to change it, but even setting the max at 9 and show a more button doesnt fix it.
