10web booster compatible for wpengine hosting website?

We don’t have any known issues with WP Engine or Elementor Pro. We are extremely sorry to hear about you issue and would be very glad to assist you, however to proceed we will need Booster to be enabled on your website and the website connected to 10Web Dashboard – it can be done in?Test Mode. When the Test Mode is enabled, your live website will return to its original state, deactivating any optimization done by the booster and reversing any issues caused by the 10Web Booster.

To enable the test mode:

1. Log in to your 10Web account
2. Click on the website where you want to enable the test mode
3. To the left of the dashboard under Website Booster click on Frontend > Settings tab
4. In the Test Mode section, click the toggle
5. Click on Enable to activate

Once done, please kindly let us know so our team could troubleshoot your problem ASAP.

Hi Mane, yes it is now working but when site was in test mode, google page speed for mobile was above 74. Now, after enable disable the test mode,it went down to 65. I thought it would go up in active mode.

Hi Mane, please reply on my last message. Even tenweb optimized js is showing as error in “Redcue unused javascript” for the js https://imperialintstg.wpengine.com/wp-content/cache/tw_optimize/js/two_front_page_aggregated.min.js?date=1694794135.

Is there any solution for these? Is it possible to get above 90 score in google page insights mobiles?

Hi, I have re-installed the plugin and then updated it then it again on plugin live mode, page sections gone blank. What did you fixed last time? Isn’t that updated in the latest plugin updates? Now plugin is in Test mode.

Also now mobile score on google page insights is 67. Last time when you fixed it, that score went down.

Please, don’t delete the plugin. The changes we made are simply from your 10Web Dashboard > Settings section. We have excluded JS files to make sure the website has no issues.

Unfortunately the changes are already lost. Will you please clear your hooting cache and check the speed again?

Hi, Mobile score in Google page insight is still showing 52 which is very low. Check here https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-imperialintstg-wpengine-com/lpq3nhbli3?form_factor=mobile. Is there anyway we can improve it, atleast above 80?

HI Mane, Can you please let me know what javascript is casing the issue so I can try to use some alternate for that specific section?

Hi Mane, Sorry but this plugin causing more issues in the site. Everytime I cleared 10web cache in settings, some of SVG icons are not showing. For example, on my home page, under Services section, I have 4 boxes with 4 svg icons. When I cleared the cache in 10web settings, first 2 icons are blank and rest 2 showing. Next time I cleared the cache 3 icons were blank and just one showing. Sorry but due to all these issues, I have to deactivate the plugin. I am really thankful to you for your time and effort on my site.
