10Web locks cookie authentication and makes the main menu transparent on mobile

    10Web increases the speed nicely, but locks cookie approval so that it does not disappear after approval and makes the main menu transparent. It only pleases mobile and tablet. The problem is not seen on PC.

    Can you help here?
