1&1 mywebsite to WordPress org

Hello
I want to move our website to wordpress org. I have downloaded the wordpress and fully understand how to create the WP org website on new hosting creating new domain. But I can not understand what do I need to do if I already have an existing website on 1&1 that was created with 1&1 MyWebsite where I dont even have acces to mysql because the website was created automatically using a pack.

As much as I understand if I just change the pack at 1&1 addidng WP option then I will be a part of wordpress. com that is not very likely for me.

Please help
