    Hello,

    I have a list of around 1100 contacts. I sent a newsletter during the weekend, and today I see that ni the stats view, It says “Sent 570 of 570”. I exported both lists (the full group and the 570 sent), compared them with Excel, and checked with some of the subscribers that don′t show up among the 570 sent list. They tell me that they received the newsletter, so apparently there might be a bug in the count of sent emails.

    Can you please help? Im using the latest version of the plugin.

    The same problem is with me.
    In all my attempts, Mailpoet sends approximately half of the my subscribers, or it does not show the all of the sends?

    Hi,

    I′ve change the status of this to “not resolved” because after giving mailpoet access to my database, and seeing 2 updates of the plugin being released, the problem with the total sent mails count is still there.

    Pablo! We change the status here, so our team doesn’t have 2 conversations to follow.

    In other words, you’re issue might be unresolved, but we simply mark it as such here.

    We currently have a surge on support after the latest release. Right now, we have 2 staff working on 150+ opened tickets. A little patience required. ??

    Hello, this is an incorrect count? or is just due to the hosting server limiting the amount of sent emails?

    BTW I was wondering about this being a possible issue: does the plugin provide some kind of email queue or cron based feature to restrict the hourly amount of sent emails?
    I have seen cPanel based servers where they limit the amount of sent emails to 500/hour. How does the plugin handle that?

    Yes, our plugin has a sending frequency where you can specify the amount of emails per time you want to send.

    Thanks for your answer, I have played with that feature and works really great.

    The other urgent fix I still wait for is that one I reported 5 days ago via mailpoet website and exchanged some emails with Jonathan Labreuille and Rafael Ehlers regarding that.
