1.2-RC2, Call to undefined function

  • I just upgraded to 1.2-RC2, when trying to read the Blog or go to admin pages I get this:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: convert_chars() in /public_html/wp-includes/template-functions-general.php on line 8
    Anyone have any ideas how to solve this?
