Beautiful Sunrise 1.2 problem

I have been trying to get Beautiful Sunrise 1.2 theme to work on WordPress 2.2.2 but it seems to be incompatible to some extent with the admin control panel. A blank screen containing

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/*****/public_html/blog/wp-content/themes/beautiful-sunrise-10/functions.php:72) in /home/*****/public_html/blog/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 331

Example, this occurs when writing and publishing a post. The post exists, hitting the back key on the browser and checking the blog prooves that. EVEN WORSE is that this error will lock you out of the blog because login will fail with this error.

This error is repeated on several browsers. It does not happen if I change to the default Kubric theme or one or two other themes, it is solely connected to this theme.

This is a lovely theme, anyone know what is up? Thanks
