My links work fine, but they redirect the open window to the linked site. What i want them to do is open the link in new tab, or window, depending on the browser. Is there a way to do that? Thanks! :^)

  • Yes. Edit your Blogroll links to open _blank in the Target subsection. Click the radio-button marked ‘_blank’, and that’s it.

Gawd I looked everywhere for that, tried every manner of href I could think of and that simple after all. Thank you!!! :^) gene

Thank you! This has been making me crazy, because I’m not a real programmer, and felt completely overwhelmed by trying to look at the code for clues.

A further question on the subject: is it possible to set this as a default for the blogroll (or for the entire blog)? A basic rule of web/marketing is that, while it’s good to give people other cool sites to check out, you don’t want them to lose track of where they found them – your site!

    Thanks!
