My text wont wrap. Any advice?

I noticed when I was typing in my blog that sometimes the text isn’t wrapping in the wysiwyg editor. Worst off, when I publish it still doesn’t wrap. I find myself using manual line breaks. Is anyone else having this problem since 2.3 and does anyone have a solution? I’m using the default theme.
