Updated to 14.7, testing the contact form. So far no received emails using the contact form. Any ideas how to debug this issue. Yes the email account that is registered in global settings is set to email account that can receive emails. Just conducted a test from email account to email account and it works fine. From contact form to email account nothing even though we get the success message upon clicking submit.

    Thanks

    Richard

No don’t use mine, my value is specific to Gmail. You want to use a value specific to DreamHost since that’s the SMTP server you use.

And DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate through the Internet. Check it again later to make sure it worked. I do see your MX record now.

Well definitely have the mx records per dig:

That should solve your email issue for good.

Thanks I use this value: “v=spf1 mx”

I found this. DreamHost automatic SPF record generator. You need an account to use it (I don’t have one) but see what value it tells you to use.
