Changed something on options and now the blog is down

Hey there.

I was trying to delete the annoying text with the title of my blog that appears on the header by default and disturbs the entire header so I went to options and put nothing on the Title and description field. The problem solved but when I was on my blog the text that appeared on the explorer was nothing but code, not the title of the blog.

Well, I put the title back but changed something that said (wordpress blog direction and in the field it was my homepage adress: https://www.dejamebailar.com/wordpress). I deleted that (there were two fields, erased both of them) and when I try to enter now I find this error:

It doesn’t look like you’ve installed WP yet. Try running install.php.

I know, now I must put that back againg, but how can I do it without the control panel?
