    Hi,
    Unfortunately our Chatbot does not work anymore. In the log file the following error message gets displayed:

    1491: watsonx Assistant response error
    Then some code details incl. of the information “Resource not found” and “404”

    We have not changed any settings for our bot since longer time, but in case I renew the saving of our Assistant Details and Service Credentials, I get the following message displayed:

    Please ensure you entered a valid Assistant URL (404).?Click here for debug information.{ “error”: “Resource not found”, “code”: 404 }

    I copied the the Assistant URL once again from our IBM-Dashboard and inserted it into the wordpress plugin but no change – the same error message appears.

    What can I do to repair the bot? Would be great if you could assist. Thank you very much in advance and best wishes
