150mb limit

I get a “Notice” warning on my “Files/Site Checks at 471Mb
Reads: Overview:
This notice is triggered at 150MB and can be ignored on most hosts. If during the build process you see a “Host Build Interrupt” message then this host has strict processing limits.
WP/contents = 197Mb
So do I abort migration or carry on ?
