1.5.1 Comments Still Dont Send Notification Email

I upgraded to 1.5 about a month ago and immediately stopped receiving email when comments were submitted.

So, I did the $more removal thing (inside wp-includes/functions.php) and it didn’t work. I tried all of the stuff mentioned in every thread on here and nothing made it work.

So, I figured, I will just wait till the next version comes out. Well, I deleted my wp install, uploaded 1.5.1 today – posted a comment – and still I get no email about the comment being posted.

Does anyone have any idea why else my wp install would NOT send email anymore.

note:
1. my email address is correct
2. my server can send email (i and all of my subscribers get emailed whenever a new post is added)

Any help is appreciated – thank you
