1.5.1 update broke WYSIWYG editor

After doing the latest update to this plugin, the WYSIWYG editor does not come up when opening an article or post in the admin. The editor area is blank. I can click the “text” tab and see the HTML view of the content. If I deactivate the Visual Editor Custom Button plugin then the editor comes up fine. The editor is the standard MCE editor.
