Thanks for sharing the link. We’ve checked your site, and something is preventing our plugin from loading. Based on the report you sent, the plugin appears to be enabled, but there’s no markup or asset file loaded by our plugin on your front end.
Could you please perform a plugin check to rule out any conflicts?
How to check for plugin conflicts in WordPress:
- Manual Check:
- Temporarily disable all other plugins except ours.
- Then, check if the issue persists.
- If our plugin works after disabling others, re-enable them one by one to identify the conflicting one.
- Using the Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin (Recommended):
- Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
- Go to Tools → Site Health → Troubleshooting Mode and enable it.
- In troubleshooting mode, all plugins will be temporarily disabled only for you (without affecting site visitors).
- Enable our plugin first and test if it loads correctly.
- Then, activate other plugins one by one to identify any conflicts.
Let us know what you find! We’re happy to help further.
