I need to link that last part – there is now a page that has screenshots for changing those last two values.

Could that be clarified?
I’ve already uploaded all my WP files onto the server and uploaded the MySQL dump using the procedure described on the tutorial.

Hmm… all of the values in the ‘wp-options’ table seem to be correct, since all I did was change hosts and not domain names, and my wp-config.php values are in order, yet I all I get is a blank page: (https://www.plasticgentleman.net/blog/index.php).
Did I miss a step?

Check your wp-config.php and index.php files and make sure that you don’t have any whitespace at the beginning of them.
