cformsII 8.1 wp2.5 hanging on submit

  • I installed cformsII version 8.1 and I’m using WP 2.5, and while I’m almost certain I installed it correctly and configured it, when I click the submit button, it just hangs there. I have the little hourglass next to my cursor, and it doesn’t do anything. I never get an email. on the developer’s support forum I found a post from somebody claiming the same problem, but the admin responded saying that version 8.1 corrected this. so, does that mean I’m doing something wrong, or is it possible that the bug still exists? thanks. here is my url:

    I doubt it. I juts install it myself and it came up with an info msg that I should check a JS file (cforms.js I think it was) for the complete path, I also checkd the FAQs (and its covered) and bang adjusting that path it all worked with no probs.
    You might want ot add “portfoliosfriend” to that path…(me thinks)

    thanks for pointing that out. I know I said I read all the faqs, and I really thought I did. I saw that error message at the top of my admin page telling me to check the js file. and I did check it, and it was just my stupidity that caused me to miss the mistake, lol. I was looking at it and thinking, /wp-content/plugins/cforms/lib_ajax.php is the correct path. but, it didn’t occur to me that I needed to have my sub domain folder at the beginning. hehe. thanks a tone though for helping me out. ??
