170×170 preview thumbnails broken

    Preview thumbnails are broken within the gallery view of the plugin. Directly linking to one of the URLs ending with a “?s=170×170” leads to a “403 – Forbidden: Access is denied” error

    Hi @jkuzma! There was an issue with thumbnails yesterday. The issue has been resolved. If you’re still seeing the issue today please reach out again and we’ll take another look. Thanks!

    We are still sing this issue as well. We are able to download images, but they all show as broken in the preview gallery. Thank you for your help.

    PS we are seeing the same symptoms as the original poster – Directly linking to one of the URLs ending with a “?s=170×170” leads to a “403 – Forbidden: Access is denied” error.

    @jkuzma and @dakishimesan – Sorry you were having trouble with the plugin. We had an issue that was impacting the thumbnail images. the issue was resolved late yesterday. Please try clearing cache and logging out of the plugin. The issue should resolved when you log back in. Please drop us a note here if you’re still having trouble.

    Yes log out and logging back in again fixed it for us today, thank you!
