WordPress 2.5 – Why don’t I have an ADDMEDIA tab

    I have just changed to wordpress 2.5

    I do not have an ADDMEDIA tab on my WRITE POST page.

    I have the tabs VISUAL and HTML on the right hand side above the smaller tabs. (That is where the ADDMEDIA tab should be isn’t it?) The rest of the area is pale blue except for the word POST on the left hand side.

    Someone logged into my blog via another computer and they could see the ADDMEDIA tabs next to the VISUAL and HTML tags.

    What should I do to get the ADDMEDIA tab to show.

    I have had this problem for days now and I really want to get some sounds of birdsong and photos onto my blog as on 4th May it’s International Dawn Chorus Day

  • If it is working on another computer, then it is most likely your browser. What browser are you using when you experience the problem? Have you tried other browsers?

    Well, that should tell you that the problem is not so much with your site, but with your computer instead. Clear your browser caches, try a different browser, all that good stuff.
