1.8.6.6 is incompatible with BNFW 1.3.5

Better Notifications for WordPress lets you customize outgoing WordPress emails.
For whatever reason, PMPro 1.8.6.6 is incompatible with BNFW 1.3.5 (which is the latest). What this means is that for example the new user registration confirmation email, including a link to generate a password (called ‘User Registration – For User’ by BNFW) isn’t sent. However this does work fine in PMPro 1.8.6.4.
