    Hi!

I created a few products bundles and it was working fine. But for a few weeks people have told me that their basket is empty when they want to pay. Products are just disappearing and customers get this message : %1$s has been removed from your cart because it has since been modified. You can add it back to your cart here.

I deactivated all plugins and it is still the same. Products are all downloadable so there is no stock issue. Thanks a lot for your help!

    Kind regards

    Hi @perrineco ,

I checked it on your site. I encountered this when trying to add a bundle to the cart and open the cart page: https://prnt.sc/7a7_JwbZ5Ibx

All I can guess is that probably this step by step checkout might be the source of conflict with our plugin. It said bundle was added to the cart properly before loading the cart page.

In order to further check this, you can try to deacivate other plugins, only keep WooCommerce and our plugin to see if you can checkout with bundles in the order properly. Then, reactivate others one by one to find which is interfering with our plugin on your site.

I am pretty sure that this could be an external conflict. We didn’t encounter this kind of issue on our dev site and live demo.

    Best regards.

Hello, if i can help, on my case it was the plug in WooCommerce Paypal Payment who was creating the problem, i had to desactivate it & go back to Paypal Standard & everything works again.

Maybe the support of WPC Product Bundles have to look about it, it’s not normal

    Hi @perrineco & @justinee92 ,

    Thanks for the feedback.

I have consulted with our developers about this issue today. Our developers said probably, the payment plugin was conflicting with the discount method used in our bundle plugin.

We use the negative amount to offer discounts for subproducts and bundles that have fixed total price discount. Some payment plugins do not allow negative amounts to be added to the order so they remove bundles from the order or cart. Customers cannot checkout bundles that have negative amount in the prices.

Unfortunately, our developers said there was no solution to this by far. This is a conflict that affect the core of our plugin, which we cannot change anyhow. Sadly, I cannot give any further advice in this case. You can kindly consider a new payment plugin instead for your site.

    Best regards.
