"1st Monday" and date is inconsistent

Hi everyone,
So here’s what i see for my automatic newsletters:
Sent monthly on the 1st Monday at 12:00 am
Next send out on April 4, 2013 12:00 amAs you probably know today – the 1st of April – is monday, unless there are two mondays a week something is wrong ??
