1st MP Tour Not Showing After Update

Would you mind pasting the [matterport] shortcode here? I believe it’s malformed.

The shortcode I’m using on my website is:

I just posted the code you placed above and now two of the three don’t work…. Is that what you wanted me to do?

I actually just used the same tour, for all three, c6onR8Vy2AT, and only one of the the three work using the code you posted above. So odd..

www.ads-software.com has a nasty habit of changing quotes (“) to slanted quotes. Be sure that you are using normal quotes.

My main point is that you included the plugin install directory in your list of Matterport tour ids, which is the reason your shortcode failed.

All my quotes look exactly like yours above… I even went to each one, deleted and replaced. Still only one of three showing… ugh.

Just created a separate page and used a custom shortcode block and posted: [matterport cols=”3″ src=”uexMG5RPZZQ,c6onR8Vy2AT,uexMG5RPZQ” showdate=”true” address=”1″ showstats=”1″]

Same result… two dont work and one does. Frustrating. It worked perfectly for me before you last two updates.

I went quote by quote, removing the slants and putting back in the normal. Saved and same result using your posted shortcode.

FIXED!!!!! It had to be the quotes… After my last post above I once again redid the quotes to make sure they were all not slanted… I used the same good tour for all three tours and it worked. That is crazy it changes normal quotes to slanted. Thanks for all your time on a Sunday. Really appreciate the plugin. Take care.

You really would think that given the nature of these support forums that they would not change quotes to slanted quotes ??
