2.0.1 update doesn’t work

I create a staging site to test your latest version 2.0.4 and I get the same problem.

I created my own shop (https://www.nicolassarrasin.com/dev/ebooks-pdf-webinaires) in which I use the url of the products.

To take an example, if I use directly the url when I click on the buy button on the regular Woocommerce cart (ex.: https://www.nicolassarrasin.com/dev/boutique?add-to-cart=15482), I am redirected to the general Woocommerce shop and not to the checkout page as supposed to and as it works with 1.1.2 version.

But when I am on the general Woocommerce shop (https://www.nicolassarrasin.com/dev/boutique) and I click on the buy button (which relate to exactly the same url if I take the same product (ex.: https://www.nicolassarrasin.com/dev/boutique?add-to-cart=15482), I am correctly redirected on the checkout page…

So for me the problem happens when I use the url of the link of the buy button instead of using the buy button…

we’ve removed the settings that conflict with some themes

I guess we were too ambitious with the first release

we will include the removed features step by step as beta features

Please update and let me know if you find any other issue

Has anyone tested it? Is it ok now?

I am still on 1.1.2.
I test 2.0.4 yesterday and the problem was still there. I will not have time to test 2.0.5 version, so if you or anybody test it, please tell us if it works.

For me 2.0.4 is working fine, it is redirecting correctly to the cart page, instead of view cart.

Great brother, even I don’t want to test 2.0.5, cannot lose sales because of this, hence it is better to be safe, would like to see an article written by direct checkout team demonstrating everything is correct.

we’ve tested 2.0.5 with other users and everything is working correctly

after the update go to WooCommerce > Direct Checkout > General and check the Added to cart redirection settings

It finally works on my site too.
As there are a lot of options that been add, can I suggest to @quadlayers to explain more these added functions on the www.ads-software.com plugin page documentation to help to see if there are useful and if we must use them or not (especially options in the “general” and “checkout” tabs).

I’m using Slack for my team and we send pages of our website to this chat app. When I click on those pages on my mobile (iPhone 6s) and test the order the redirect does not work.

When I open the page in Safari it does work. But when in Slack it does not work.

Any ideas and can you also test this please to see whether or not you have the same problem?

Sometimes it does work but sometimes it does not. This is very annoying.
